How I work
There’s a real process behind every show I manage. From your side, it just feels like someone’s got it.

We talk. Before anyone signs, we look honestly at your show and whether we’re the right team for the long haul. If it isn’t a fit, I’ll tell you.

Build Together. Contracts, onboarding and a proper briefing. I learn your show, your voice and your standards, then shape the systems around you rather than handing you a template.
And all the way through:
The Guest Gate. Every guest earns their place. First, do they speak to what your show is really about? Only then, where do they fit?
Honest Pushback. I’ll ask the hard questions and tell you when something isn’t working. That’s how trust gets built, and why my clients stay for years.

You record. I do the rest. From that point on, your only job is showing up and recording. Everything else is mine.

This is for the founder who is already running or ready to run a podcast as a central part of their business. You record. I take full ownership of everything that follows — production, distribution, content, and consistency.
One episode per week, going out on time, every time. Without you chasing it.

Recording and signing off. After onboarding, your only job is showing up and recording. Everything else is mine.

Yes. I’m based in Utrecht and work with founders and coaches around the world, some of them on the opposite side of it.

As much as you need. Retainer clients reach me directly on Slack or Voxer. In practice, we do talk often, but once the work is flowing, most of those conversations aren’t about the podcast workflow. That part’s already handled.
